This is rare Lithium Lemurian Quartz. It is known for it’s naturally occurring lithium inclusions and they range from purple to deep purple and more rarely pale pink in colour with inclusions of lithium, manganese, kaolinite and iron.

The inclusions are within clear quartz and they often have a white coating of feldspar on the outside of the crystal. 

Lithium Lemurian also sometimes has horizontal striations on the sides but not always. They are part of the Lemurian Family of crystals.

When you understand the uses of Lithium in modern medicine it is easier to picture how the lithium quartz energy can benefit you.  Lithium is a key ingredient in relaxation medications and anti-depressants! Lemurian crystals more at home at the ocean in sea water for cleansing and activating, when they enjoy being placed on the sand and immersed fully into the water.

If you aren’t near the ocean you can place a bowl of water with a teaspoon of himalayan or high quality salt into the sun and immerse your Lemurian crystals for a cleanse and charge. 

Please note that clear lemurians don’t ever need cleansing as they transmit light frequencies. The smoky, pink, golden or tangerine will need a cleanse after use as the minerals that colour crystals will absorb energy.
