RETURNS
We do not accept returns under any circumstance. 

DOMESTIC SHIPPING IN AUSTRALIA
  • Order processing time is 2-4 days.
  • Shipping timeframes for Express are 1-4 days
  • Standard domestic parcel post shipping timeframes are  approximately 3 - 8 days

We offer Free Shipping on domestic orders above $300
We offer flat rate shipping of $15 per order for all domestic orders under $300.
Parcels are sent by Australia post parcel shipping.
Your order will be tracked via email. It does not include transit cover or signature on delivery.

We offer Express Post shipping with Australia Post at at a flat rate of $19 per order for orders up to $300 in value. 
Tracking and late deliveries
All orders and sent with tracking numbers by email and it is not our responsibility to provide updates on the timing or delayed delivery of your order.

DAMAGE OF LOSS OF ITEM - DOMESTIC
All orders are packed with extreme care to minimise any risk of damage by postal carrier

In the rare circumstance that your item is lost or damaged by the postal carrier:

Damage - your parcel is covered for excessive damage with photos evidence as assessed by Aus Post  only if transit cover if the order value is below $100.  If you would damage cover for orders over $100 please contact us directly to provide an insurance quote.
Our insurance only covers significant damage of items which must be verified and approved with photo evidence by Australia Post. We will assist to file an insurance claim.

Lost Parcels - Orders lost by carrier, i.e orders that are deemed "lost" at the fault of the carrier  Aus Post after a trace request has been lodged. It is your responsibility to lodge a lost parcel request with Aus Post directly, if your parcel does not arrive. You will not be compensated if Aus post deems that the parcel was left in a safe location and delivered. safely.  Parcels deemed lost by Aus Post will be compensated with  a store credit with 6 months expiry for the total order value, or sent replacement items free of charge for the same order value if stock is available. 

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING 

  • Order processing time is  2-4 business days 
  • International Shipping time frames vary from 7 - 21 business days

Damage 
In the rare circumstance that your item is lost or damaged by the postal carrier we are not responsible unless transit cover has been purchased at check out.
If transit cover has been purchased, your order will be covered of lost by the parcel carrier - Aus Post or of significantly damaged. Minor damaged items are not covered. Our insurance policy only covers significant damage of items which must be verified and approved with photo evidence by Australia Post. We will assist to file an insurance claim if required. 
Lost Parcels
If your parcel has not arrived past 20 business days  please contact us to lodge a trace quest or you may do this through the carrier. Loss of parcel is defined as “lost” by the shipping carrier after their internal investigation is complete. 

If you parcel is deemed “lost” by carrier we provide store credit or replace items for similar value is in stock only when transit cover has been purchased or if  your order value was below $100.
