To claim something, simply comment the Price and Number in the comments during the LIVE
The first to comment correctly for an item gets the crystal.
Please note that all claims are final and we do not accept swaps, put backs or exchanges.
Your comment will always appear first on your screen, we award the crystal to the first to appear on our screen.
FEED SALE - HOW TO PURCHASE
Feed Sales are open for 24 hours on instagram at this account: @healinggrounds_crystalsales
Items can be claimed by commenting on posts during the 24 hours - the item cost and number, instructions on how to do this are always included in the posts.
All claims in comments are deemed final and we don't accept put backs or exchanges. Deleting or backing out of claims will result in a ban from fuiture sales as this is not fair to others trying to claim.
PAYMENT for LIVE SALE and FEED SALE
Live Sale Orders and Feed Sale orders are combined and sent after all sales have finished, and added as a listing on our website.
A payment link to your listing on our website will be sent via DM on Instagram the day after the sales have finished.
Alternatively, go to our website and search for your listing under your instagram name at our LIVE SALES and FEED SALES page.
Shipping will be calculated at checkout page on the website.
You are welcome to add items from the website to your LIVE sale order, all will check out together when you pay through the web store.
We accept major credit cards through Shopify "shop Pay" on our website
We no longer accept payment via BANK TRANSFER for payment unless you are on a payment plan.
We do not offer paypal or after pay but do offer payment plans - See "Payment Plans" below for alternative payment plan options.
Failure to pay LIVE sale listings within 24 hours may result in getting blocked from future sales.
FREE SHIPPING
If you spend over $300 you are eligible for FREE SHIPPING in Australia and this will be calculated upon check out of your LIVE SALE purchase at our website.
If you spend over $300 you eligible for a Payment Plan. Please DM us your email address immediately after the LIVE SALE if you require a payment plan.
We Ship your crystals within 3-4 business days of payment, sometimes much sooner.
Paid Payment plans ship on a Wednesday of each week.
PAYMENT PLANS
Payment plans are organised manually, outside of our website and invoices manually.
FEED SALE and LIVE SALE orders can be combined, and split into 4 payments and paid over 4 - 12 weeks if the order value is greater than $300 AUD. We do not charge interest for payment plans. We have different payment plans available as follows
- 4 week plan $300- $499 spend
- 6 week plan $500- $999 spend
- 12 week plan $1000 or more spend
Please contact us immediately after the sale to indicate a payment plan is required and DM your email address and shipping address if overseas. We need the email address for sending invoices to you.
We cannot accommodate LATE REQUESTS FOR PAYMENT PLANS - please request immediately after the sale is finished.
25% of order value is due within 24 hours. This is a non refundable deposit and acts as a restocking fee in case of late or non payment.
Individual invoices will be sent for each payment at even time intervals, and all are due within 24 hours of invoice.
Late payment or Non-payment of any component of the payment plan will result in being blocked from future sales. Any amount that has been paid above the 25% non refundable deposit will be offered as an online store credit minus our merchant fees and costs incurred.
When your payment plan is paid in full your order will ship.
SHIPPING and INSURANCE
We ship to many countries internationally: Argentina, Belgium, Brazil, Finland, France, Hong Kong SAR, Hungary, Iceland, India, Ireland, Isle of Man, Italy, Japan, Netherlands, Norway, Singapore, Sweden, Switzerland, Thailand, U.S. Outlying Islands, Canada, New Zealand, United Kingdom, United States, Germany.
If your country is not on this list we cannot ship to you.
All orders are shipped within 3-4 business days of payment, sometimes much sooner.
Shipping costs for LIVE SALE order are calculated at check out in our online store.
We pack crystals with extreme care. If your parcel is lost or damaged in the post and was uninsured we do not provide refunds/replacement items.
Please note that all Australia post parcels are insured up to $100 for free.
Shipping insurance can be selected for international packages at check out on our website as "transit cover".
In 3 years we have only had 2 parcels lost and one damaged. If your parcel is insured with Australia post and is severely damaged as deemed by the carriers insurance assessment process with photo evidence (not mildly damaged) or lost (as deemed by the carrier)s investigations, we provide store credit or replacement items of similar crystals. We are not able to provide refunds for insured items.
